Does MCD do installations?
Yes, MCD technicians do a number of installations every week at our factory in McKinney, Texas (a Dallas suburb).  MCD has eight full hook-ups with 50amp power.  MCD also provides wireless internet, a BBQ grill, and picnic tables for your use.  Because the number of full hook-up sites is limited, please call to make an appointment; there is no charge for the hook-up sites.  Exterior Screens, Interior Screens, and Wheel Cover installations will typically be completed within one day if preordered.  If a pattern is needed, it will take two to three days to complete the installation.  For information about installation of the American Duo/Solo Day/Night shades, please visit the American Duo page of this website.

Are MCD's products covered by a warranty?
All MCD Products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty which provides the first retail purchaser protection against any defects in materials and workmanship.  For more information about our warranty, please see the Warranty page of this site.

In what colors are MCD's Solar/Privacy Day Screens offered?
MCD Solar/Privacy Day Screens are only available in our groundbreaking ClearView black fabric.  Black is the best sun screen color choice due to its inherent properties to provide the highest degree of heat/UV protection.  It also provides a higher degree of privacy and superior outward visibility when compared to any other color of so-called sun screen.  As many people are aware, and certainly all of the RV OEMs that MCD supplies understand, MCD’s Black ClearView Solar Screen, as developed for the RV market, is unlike any other sun screen material in the world.  MCD developed a unique, proprietary coating process that reduces glare far more than any other sun screen material.  If heat and UV protection with clear outward visibility are of primary importance,  MCD black ClearView Solar Screen is for you.

How do I know if you have products to fit my coach?
MCD designs products specifically to fit particular models of coaches, RV's, and travel trailers.  Chances are that products have already been developed for your particular model of RV.  Send an inquiry through the Support page, or give MCD a call to check whether a particular product is available for your coach.
