Once a MCD customer, a friend for life... 2/22/13 2/21/13 2/14/13 Your facilities and personnel are wonderful. We are here for the second time and have been given prompt, friendly, and skilled service both times. Also-NEAT! (Please take good care of "Handsome." He is a part of your staff!) Peggy and Jim are terrific hosts and we enjoyed Peggy's tour of the factory on Monday. The new shades look and work great! The installers are very professional and really do pay attention to the details. We particularly noticed that, although our shades were the last installation on Friday afternoon, there was never any sense that they were feeling pressured to rush the job to completion. While at the FMCA Rally in Indianapolis, Peggy and Jim presented a seminar on MCD Shades which was very informative and helped us to decide that, when we purchased new shades, we would go with MCD shades. From our arrival on Sunday until we left on Friday, Peggy and Jim made us feel most welcome. Josh, Justin and Tremaine did an outstanding and professional job measuring and installing our shades. We travel with two small dogs and they had pleanty of room to get out to the outdoors. The product is great! We have an '06 Bounder and these shades are a very good upgrade to the coach. We were very favorably impressed by the hospitality and efficiency of your organization and by the knowledgeable and helpful staff members we met. We appreciated the factory tour and the opportunity to see your product in assembly. We were eager to be “at home” when our shades were installed so we waited in our rig for two days until our “install day” arrived. So, the only suggestion we have is this; if it would be possible to predict when the shades would be installed, we could have gone out and enjoyed some of the sites of interest around the McKinney area. We’ve had a very pleasant stay at MCD. Jim & Peggy were out to welcome us Sunday evening and she was back at 8:00 a.m. Monday. The guys were out shortly after for measurements. By mid-morning Wednesday the shades were ready for installation. Brandon had a trainee from AZ with him and they were both very nice young men. Dean & Karen S.

11/29/11 Thank you for everything. Our new Duo shades are terrific. Much better than the day/night shades that came in our 2009 Newmar Dutch Aire. Much easier to use than the pleated blinds. Installation crew was very good, worked quickly and very polite. Austin was the main installation person and was very professional. Hospitality of the entire MCD staff is appreciated. 11/18/11 This was an enjoyable experience, beginning with the first phone call to the office and visiting with Joy. The pleasant voice and professional way she arranged for the ordering of new shades and the visit to the “Home” facility to have the shades installed. We were greeted by Jim & Peg and were made comfortable in our surroundings. We could not more highly recommend the installation by your employees. 10/18/11 At last-the dust catchers (Venitian blinds & pleated shades) are gone! The split in the sunshades on the windshield were a safety hazard-now cured! Brandon was a really true craftsman and very easy to work with. He readily answered questions, as did Peggy. She was always around to keep us informed. 9/29/11 I’m totally impressed. I arrived a day before my appointment and was greeted while unhooking my car. The blind is fixed a short while after parking. 10/11/11 We are happy with our decision to replace our old pleated shades with MCD American Duo Shades. They work easily and let in lots of light. It is so much easier to open the windows when the shade is out of the way. The installation went very well even though we had given wrong measurements.
